Use Orvia World responsibly. Don't scam anyone. Respect event organizers' rules. We're not liable if something goes wrong outside our control.
By using Orvia World, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our platform.
Tickets purchased through Orvia World are valid for the specified event only. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated by the organizer.
Orvia World is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or events beyond our reasonable control (acts of God, natural disasters, etc.).
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, governed by local laws where applicable.
Refunds are available up to 7 days before an event. After that, it's the event organizer's discretion. We deduct a small processing fee.
You can request a refund if:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. A 2.5% processing fee will be deducted unless the event is cancelled.
